We offer top-notch thread rolling solutions to optimize your thread rolling operations, reducing non-quality costs, avoiding re-work operations and minimizing machine down time. We can add our in-house coatings (NIT/GG) to all our tools for longer die life, thus reducing your thread rolling costs.

Increase tool life: It is possible to perform several regrinds on the same tool.

Regrind your obsolete tools: We can regrind obsolete or outdated tools by replacing the original thread profile with a new one to roll other parts

Special heat treatment and coatings: We perform special stress relief treatments to guarantee a correct tool performance after regrinding. Additionally, we can apply our home-made coatings on reground tools to increase die life.
